Clara Shepherd, President, MBC-LEO

The purpose of the Michigan Black Caucus of Local Elected Officials (MBC-LEO) is to provide a forum for its members to collaborate, network, share information, and provide support to one another in the State of Michigan. The Caucus works in cooperation with the Michigan Municipal League (MML). Membership of MBC – LEO is comprised of local elected officials and municipal staff members and associates in the State of Michigan.

MBC-LEO would like to congratulate Clara Shepherd Warrick on her recent nuptials and wish her the best as she moves to Arizona.  Michigan will truly miss her! MBC-LEO elections will take place at the March meeting in Lansing.  If you are interested in running for office click here to let us know.
